Fresh Blueberries with Mint Yogurt
Raw blueberries make a great healthy dessert, but they are really brought to life with a little added mint yogurt.
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
50g plain yogurt
3 leaves fresh mint
50g blue berries

Tear the mint leaves and mix with the yogurt. |
